Security Consultation

This is an intensive 1-to-5 day workshop session where I will deep dive into your organization's security posture by analyzing IT infrastructure, systems, processes, and procedures.
While every consultation is customized to your organization's specific needs and goals, the amount of time the session will last depends on the size and complexity of your organization and its IT systems and applications.
Each workshop session starts off with an intensive targeted discussion regarding your business's current IT situation. This discussion will cover in-depth the IT systems, applications, and cloud services used, as well as how personnel access these systems. Depending on the size of the organization, there may be a need to interact, involve, and interview other organizational stakeholders and teams, such as HR/Accounting/etc. to identify processes, or lack of process, and to assess security gaps and missing protocols.
This workshop session is crucial to the process, and will allow me to identify vulnerabilities and assess internal and external threats to your organization.
After the completion of the workshop session, I will review my notes in entirety, notating any security gaps which have been found. A report will be created which will assign risk to each security vulnerability/threat and recommend appropriate customized strategies, solutions, or security protocols which can resolve or mitigate the threat(s).
You will receive all custom deliverables within 40 business hours from the completion of this session.
